Baragowa Market terms

This page accurately describes what the site does, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

The showroom’s role

The showroom is a broker. The car remains yours until it is sold; the showroom lists it and handles the calls and viewings on your behalf for an agreed commission.

Ownership

You confirm that you own the car or are authorised to sell it. The showroom is not responsible for a car listed on the strength of a false declaration.

Price and commission

You and the showroom agree a floor price and a commission before the car is listed, and any later change is recorded. If the final commission differs from what was agreed, the reason is recorded with it.

How long a listing runs

A listing runs for 60 days and then ends automatically unless it is renewed after checking with you. If you sell the car yourself, tell us so we can take it down.

Refusing a car

The showroom may decline to list any car, and writes the reason on your listing status page.
