This page accurately describes what the site does, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
What we collect
When you book a viewing: your name, mobile number, the day you chose, and any message you write. When you list a car: your name, mobile number, governorate, the car’s details and its photographs. In both cases we store a hashed copy of your IP address — not the address itself — to stop repeated submissions.
Why
Your mobile number is the only way we can reply to you; without it the request means nothing. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them to anyone.
Who sees it
Showroom staff only. A seller’s details are stored separately from the listing itself, and no public page on this site can reach them — not hidden, but refused at the database level.
How long we keep it
Viewing requests and market submissions are kept as a record of the transaction. Hashed IP addresses are deleted after 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Call the showroom.
